Anything that fits safely on a motorcycle, weighs up to 30 kg and is worth less than 30,000 ETB. No illegal or dangerous items.
Do I need a physical shop?
No. We’re built for online sellers, so having a physical shop is completely up to you. We pick up from wherever you work in our pickup areas, whether that’s a shop, an office or your home.
Where do you deliver?
We pick up in Megenagna and Haya Hulet and drop off anywhere in Addis Ababa. We add new pickup areas as we grow.
Do you deliver outside Addis Ababa?
Not yet. For now, we deliver anywhere within Addis Ababa.
How do I book a delivery?
Open the Seller app, add the pickup and drop-off locations and your buyer’s details, then confirm.
Is the Seller app available on iPhone?
Not yet. The Seller app is available on Android today, and the iPhone version will be ready by January 1, 2027.
How much does delivery cost?
Prices are based on distance:

| 9–12 km | 550 ETB |
| 12–15 km | 600 ETB |
| 15–18 km | 650 ETB |
| 18–21 km | 700 ETB |
| Over 21 km, within Addis Ababa | 750 ETB |

How fast is pickup and delivery?
On average, pickup takes 7 minutes and delivery takes 23 minutes. Times vary with distance and traffic.
Who delivers my orders?
Verified, trained Driver Partners on electric motorcycles. You can follow your delivery live in the Seller app, from pickup to drop-off.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You can follow every delivery live, from pickup to drop-off.
What should I give the Driver Partner at pickup?
Your order, packed and ready to go, together with its receipt. The receipt is what keeps your item covered if it’s damaged or lost.
What if an item is damaged or lost?
We cover it. If an item is damaged or lost during delivery, we compensate you based on its receipt. To be covered, issue a receipt when you place the order and hand it to your Driver Partner at pickup.
Can I get paid for goods?
Coming soon. Your buyer pays you for the goods at the door by scanning your verified Telebirr QR code on the Driver Partner’s phone.
